Meet our founder Ayman Mukerji
Ayman Mukerji Househam is on a mission to create a stress-free world by demystifying the biological benefits of mindfulness and making it accessible to all. Even to those who don’t have time to practice!
Ayman is a neuroimmunology researcher, technologist, therapist, meditator yogi, and former Wall Street executive. She teaches microhabits to reduce burnout and attrition – to hospital workers and corporations.
Ayman’s findings on how stress and mindfulness affect the immune, gut microbiome, and epigenetics can be found in her peer-reviewed publications and medical book chapters she authored.
